It only makes sense the editor and creator of Man Repeller, Leandra Medine’s new office space is just as chic as she is. An urban retreat that evokes a sense of calm, her main focus was on clean and minimal details. “I’d seen an image of a white room with rustic wood floors and a ladder positioned somewhere that didn’t lead anywhere. It made me laugh/feel comfortable so I wanted to approximate that vibe,” says Medine. A fresh retreat, Medine’s Soho office is perfect for getting down to business.

Where have all the eyebrows gone? We’re not really sure and frankly we aren’t that interested in finding out. Whether they’ve been bleached to oblivion or completely shaved off, this new trend has cropped up fashion innovators around the globe. The “browless” look first arose last fall on runways and models like Lara Stone and is now reflected in magazines and designer advertisements. “Everything is possible right now, and that’s a great way to look at this moment,” says Sarah Brown, the beauty editor of Vogue. Not everyone is as open-minded on sacrificing their eyebrows but if you’re interested in shaking things up, maybe this cutting-edge look is for you. On the right face there is no denying its chic attraction but we kindly request to please proceed with caution.
